Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to speak clearly and confidently in Hindi/English
Basic computer & internet knowledge
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Own smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain company products/services and generate interest
Maintain lead records and follow-up regularly
Convert leads into appointments/sales
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Provide feedback and reports to the team
